THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL!
Dobermantalk.com, while on it's face, and within its own manifesto, touts itself as the premier on-line educational resource forum for the betterment of the Doberman breed. It is a forum all right, an apparent vicious criminal forum known for quite some time to bash, injure, defame and libel and belittle others, and quite frankly, a very nasty and dangerous place to visit and chat especially for breeders. Sometimes, these crimes are perpetuated by the Moderators themselves. At last count, I have personally counted over 120 breeders worldwide - who have been bashed or viewed in a negative light by these anonymous individuals on dobermantalk.com. I didn't know there were that many Doberman Breeders!! Fact is: Many on this forum have absolutely no experience at all with Dobermans, while soma are college students some are fellow breeders using this forum under anonymous screen names to bash other breeders to promote their own sales. THESE PEOPLE ARE A BUNCH OF NOBODIES!
WARNING - IF you are a Doberman newbie, a breeder, involved in any of the canine sports or show
ring arena - DO NOT give any information in your profile or to any member within the
D.T. site, do not let them know anything about you. What may seem innocent and
in good faith at first, can in fact, turn against you in a HEARTBEAT, you will
be thrown into what seems like a pool of Piranha, they will viciously research
you, attack you and/or your business that you heavily invested in and worked so
hard to create with no recourse to correct. VerticalScope the parent company
refuses to remove these slanderous and injurious posts even under Cease and
Desist Orders.
THE BIGGER PROBLEM!
For a breeder, once they have bashed you over and over your problems have
only just begun. Google with their web bot crawlers trolling the internet for
key words, once they pick up on your kennel name, or website or some other
identifying name....IT'S OVER! You will be defamed in cyberspace - forever
injured as there is no way to be removed from these search engines. Thus, you
are ultimately injured whether by reputation or lost sales, both universally
legitimate and lawfully recognized claims.
THE IRONY
While moderators have the capacity and will remove posts for inappropriate
language OR if you disagree with their views. Dobermantalk.com will not take the
responsibility for the removal of the vicious and criminally defaming
posts and taking the "High Road" of protecting the reputations and livelihoods of its members even when
requested by it's members. While touting itself as an educational forum,
freedoms of speech and expression stops when others are injured, the moderators
through inaction become co-conspirators of the crime, ultimately, perpetuating
the crime of defamation and the injuring of others reputations and livelihoods
by willful and criminal neglect - Hiding under the Communications Decency Act of
1996 of immunity.
FIGHTING BACK
While the initial thought was a boycott of their advertising, it was decided
to open a page on this site for the sharing of peoples personal experiences and
letting the people's voice inform the advertisers and anyone else thinking about
placing advertising with VerticalScope - and letting these advertisers and
potential advertisers make the decision of whether they want to be associated
with this corporation and subsequent criminal behavior. The Boycott is soon
coming! However, by each and every "Shared Experience" posted on this site, we
delegitimize and they lose credibility one step at a time. Once the word is out, they will go away
into obscurity.
DEMANDS
1. Give members the discretion and the right to have vicious
and damaging posts immediately removed at members request so members may protect
themselves and their livelihoods from the vicious witch hunts and abuses that
take place on dobermantalk.com!
2. Give members the right to totally unsubscribe from
dobermantalk.com!
3. The complete removal and replacement of all staff of
dobermantalk.com - From the administrator to the moderators and replaced with
personnel that will institute a No Derogatory, No Bashing and No Defaming policy
while enforcing a strict educational and positive atmosphere!
NOTE
The experience at dobermantalk.com can be really traumatic. This is the platform to have your voices heard and mean something, these voices will be directed to the advertisers and parent company of dobermantalk.com - VerticalScope. Thus it is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to share your voice - again, with every voice we delegitimize them one step at a time. But please, no bashing or naming names.
